Marguerite

Marguerite
Watercolor 6x8
©2017
I started my day with good intentions of cleaning my studio, and came to a pencil sketch of this cow that I had started over a year ago, well! the cleaning stopped and I quickly started to paint, last week I received a new set of watercolors from Russia ,called White Nights , perfect time to try! one of my friend said I should call her Marguerite, popular name in France for a cow!

Antique Ford Fairlane

Watercolor 9x12
©2015 Nita Leger Casey  Antique ford Fairlane ,not sure of the year?
I have two sons who have trained me well, their love of old cars has rubbed off on me, when driving around New England I can spot an old car  a mile away. I took a photo of this one in a small neighborhood  where we had lived some years back. If this car could talk it would say: I can't wait for Spring ! because I am sick of being in this snow! and this was when we didn't have much snow , by now this poor car must be buried !
This might be the car you always wanted?
This painting is available ,just email me nlcasey@charter.net.
