Living just about  over an hour away from these beautiful mountain scenes , it makes a nice Sunday drive ! this  is what Tim and I had done last year, the scenes had reminded me so much of the Aldro Hibbard paintings if you are from New England. This scene had to be done! the view is from a Covered bridge close to the town of Littleton . I really want to go back in the area to catch some nice winter scenes. this painting is available email me nlcasey@charter.net

Well I did burn the midnight oil last night, but still managed to paint a small Maine scene. This scene is very familiar to me, it's a little red farm house at the edge of our property. The light always hit it just right, I always wanted to paint it, here it is for a quick one !
