 I recently spent a few days in the area of Biddeford pool, Maine .What a lovely place, so many beautiful scenes to paint, I actually already painted this one in a watercolor but I wanted to try a different medium ,this one is smaller a 3x4 on a panel .Looks great sitting on a easel!

Yes I did go to the Maine coast for a few days with my artist friends, I had a great time and did a lot of sketching in my book, some I would like to paint them again in a larger format, more to come....

 I was away this past week working on a project in Maine, I stopped by the beach on my way home and sketched this little cottage by the sea in Hills Beach in Bidderford. Really love that area and planing to go back during the week and do more painting ,so this is a preview !

 An old stone Church  in a small village in New England !  from what I  hear was build by Irish emigrants, I have grown to love this little church part of my parish .
