"Lupines at the pond"
Nita Leger Casey
Pastel, 8x10
copyrighted 2011

Hello to everyone who have followed me for many years , I took a break from my daily paintings because I had my French relatives visiting for over a month and became a tour guide along with running a Bed and breakfast , it was wonderful having them here and we had a wonderful time, never laugh so much in my life when we would reminisce of our childhood ,very good memories it was . We manage to do a bit of travel in beautiful New England . I knew I could not keep up with my art full time and all the other happenings, I did manage to take them along to a painting week end retreat in Maine and to a few art meetings.
Next week I will be heading back to my yearly painting retreat in Lubec , so looking forward to emerge myself in what I love the most ,Painting !
here is a pastel I squeezed in while at our cabin in Maine .
$100.00 email me if your interested nlcasey@charter.net

So glad that you had a nice little get-away with your family. Sounds like good times all the way around with more time to come at the cottage in Lubec. This is a lovely one with the lupines and the mountain in the background.
