Colors of fall #1
pastel 6x8 ,copyrighted 2010
Nita Leger Casey
I can paint this scene over and over and never will be the same , it's the view from our cabin , I never get tired of looking at it , I have hundreds of photos from this view , I wake up in the morning with a nice sunrise peeking trough the shades , I will slide out of bed with my camera in hand just to snap a few pictures , in the evening when the sun is sitting I will do that again , all seasons , it is amazing how one view always looks different ,of course as artist we learn to see , someone else would say boring! not me , I find peace in this view !
This is a pastel , I will be doing a few demos in the next two months at the Chelmsford art Society in October and in the Bedford art Society in November if you are in the area , you are welcome !

Oh and what a view! I am not in the least surprised that you find such joy in it.
