Bella and bullet

Acrylic painting 11x14
Nita Leger Casey
Can't believe it has been a week since I posted, Christmas has come and gone and I am just getting to post some work I had to do, this was a painting for my Grandson Brandon who has two small dogs , Bella who is a  cute pop who was rescued from a dumpster, and Bullet a baby husky about the same size as Bella right now, she needed a friend! I knew he would love a painting of them .
The painting is actually brighter, I made the mistake of not taking a second photo before I gave it to him, Happy to say the gift was well received, on his facebook page he said it was his best gift, made me very happy to hear.

Boston from Logan

Watercolor  8x8  (c)2012
Nita Leger Casey
In the Spring Tim and I went to Ireland , after being  at the airport ready to go, waiting in line getting to the desk the airline said,oh your plane is not coming from Dublin tonight, it went to London,
it will come tomorrow, a bit of panic, our ride had gone back home, a little talk with Air Lingus  and   they where nice enough to put us up at the hotel at the airport so to pass the time the next day I painted this scene in a loose style from the window of the 6 th floor, so perhaps someone had the same experience and would love a watercolor of the scene, here is your chance.email me if you are interested on this watercolor .nlcasey@charter.net
